I am a newspaper reporter and a photographer who has been taking pictures for as long as I can remember. Throughout my life, I have toted a camera -- snapping away at birthday parties, climbing on furniture to get a better angle at holiday gatherings, and holding up family vacations to get just *one more shot* before the sun went down. My interest in photography grew in 1997 when my aunt gave me an old Nikon FA to play with during a semester abroad in Florence, Italy. I was hooked.

Eight years later, I attended the Rocky Mountain School of Photography in Missoula, Montana. I have traveled across the United States and to Australia, Canada, England, France, Italy and the Virgin Islands, happily clicking away and capturing moments that make me, and others, smile. I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America and shoot everything from portraits and weddings to special events and fine art.

My clients hire me for my ability to capture real moments and produce beautiful photos that reflect the joy, spontaneity and spirit of my subjects and their special occasions. I live in my hometown of Baltimore with my husband, Kevin, a writer.
